Skylers Training Blog

I thought this was a good stretch to stretch Pam's hamstring muscles, as a runner this will definitely come in handy! It will also help strengthen the supportive muscles of the spine, while encouraging the activation of her core muscles. As well as letting me support her in her workout.  It definitely encourages the bond between us and our humans!

8 days into the year- how is your year going so far?!?!? Ours is productive.....and have a few surprises under our belts.....Cannot wait to share them....so stay tuned into the blog for updates as the month and year progress!
